We are seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to lead IT Application and Support functions, overseeing business applications, system performance, and support services across the organization. This role plays a key part in driving digital transformation and operational efficiency within a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Application Management

  • Partner with business teams to deliver scalable and secure technology solutions.
  • Lead architecture, implementation, integration, and enhancement of enterprise applications (ERP, POS, WMS, CRM, e-commerce, Data Warehouse, Analytics).
  • Oversee development of in-house middleware, web, mobile, and backend applications.
  • Ensure QA/QC, system reliability, compliance, and performance standards.

Support Services

Qualifications

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially driven professional to support the fashion brand’s commercial performance. The ideal candidate possesses deep fashion retail understanding, strong cross functional collaboration skills and the ability to translate data into impactful commercial actions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute fashion brand commercial strategies.
  • Lead assortment planning and sales forecasting.
  • Analyze sales, margin, inventory, customer behavior, and competitor insights to formulate actionable recommendations.
  • Manage pricing strategies, promotional plans, and inventory flow to maximize gross margin and sell through.

  • Create brand-right, commercial designs that reflect the conceptual direction/business strategy.
  • Develop seasonal product with a focus on style, fit and fabric.
  • Implement processes to understand/anticipate the needs of the customer in order to exceed customer expectations and readily react to their needs.
  • Identify and recommend resources in sourcing new ideas, both internally and externally, and conduct ongoing competitor research/trend analysis.
  • Collaborate and communicate with key partners throughout the design process including Merchandising, Marketing, and Product Development.
